Recently, an old trance track slipped unexpectedly into a yoga class taught by my good friend and yoga teacher Tom. In an instant, I was transported back. I listened to some music. Felt the nostalgia. It brought a release like no other. Not just memories but emotion, warmth, and a sense of peace. The feeling of bliss, the ultimate goal of yogic practice. 

It sparked a thought. What if a full yoga class could tap into that same feeling? The late nights, soft lights, the music that carried us. Euphoriyoga® was born. 

This isn’t an everyday yoga class. The mix of lightness, release, and ease.
Where movement flows both strongly and softly.
Where the mind quiets without force.
