During the course, you’ll learn how to:
? Master a classic white farmhouse loaf – the perfect daily bread.
? Shape and bake decorative dinner rolls that will impress at any table.
? Create a striking tiger loaf with its signature crackled crust.
? Indulge in sweet, pillowy cinnamon buns that melt in the mouth.
? Bake rich, buttery brioche burger buns – ideal for gourmet burgers and sandwiches.

Along the way, you’ll master essential techniques that you can easily recreate in your own kitchen, giving you the skills to bake fresh bread again and again.

By the end of the course, you’ll not only take home your delicious creations, but also the knowledge and confidence to start your bread-baking journey at home.

Important Information:
The course is for up to 4 people, on Saturday 7th March from 9am - 4pm. Light snacks will be available at lunch, with a seasonal soup for you to enjoy with your freshly made dinner rolls. 
You will be provided with everything you need: a recipe pack, pen, apron, ingredients & equipment will be ready & set up for you!
