Objectives:
* Understand the health benefits of a plant-forward diet and its role in disease prevention.
* Identify easy, affordable ways to incorporate more plant-based foods into your routine.
* Observe a live plant-based cooking demonstration and explore new meal ideas.
What to Expect:
This interactive workshop includes a short cooking demo and sample tasting, highlighting how delicious and satisfying plant-based meals can be. Participants will also receive handouts with simple recipes and grocery tips to help them get started.
