Solstice Ceremony

2025 is speedily coming to an end and the darkness of winter invites us to reflect on what chapters we are ready to close, what old stories, relationships and/or identities we'd like to leave behind as we shift into the new. Come join us for this intentional practice of generating gratitude for what has passed, reflecting on who we've become and affirming what we hope to carry with us into 2026. As a community in ceremony with drumming, candle-lighting and prayer, let's release the shadows and celebrate the returning of the light.

On Sunday, December 21 at 10 AM, we will open in a guided community circle share, walk the labyrinth in quiet presence, and gather for a beautiful Solstice Ceremony offered by Anawa Center for Peace as we honor the turning of the season and the approaching new year.

The event is free to all, donations accepted and honored. 🕯️
