This class focuses on practices that connect the mind and body to support both mental and physical well-being. Through intentional breathwork and mindful movement, you’ll learn techniques to help regulate your nervous system while moving through a series of yoga poses designed to build strength, improve balance, and increase flexibility. Please bring your own mat and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely. Feel free to invite a friend! She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and is currently completing her yoga instructor certification. As part of her training, she is offering free yoga classes in the community. Melissa enjoys teaching principles of well-being by helping people understand the connection between the mind and body.
