Birželio 13-ąją šokių muzikos gerbėjų Lietuvoje lauks malonus sugrįžimas. Į kūrybinę erdvę „Volfas Engelman Galerija“ Kaune atvyks pernai dvi įsimintinas naktis šalies publikai dovanojęs legendinis klubinės kultūros tandemas „Deep Dish“. Garsusis duetas iš Jungtinių Amerikos Valstijų, kurio branduolį sudaro prodiuseriai Dubfire ir Sharam yra pelnę „Grammy“ už geriausią remiksą ir suformavę ištisas šokių muzikos kartas.
Į „Volfas Engelman ICE non-alco“ naktį duetas atvyks su lauktuvėmis. „Deep Dish“ karjera neatsiejama nuo legendinės „Global Underground“ serijos – Dubfire ir Sharam įrašytos dvi prestižinės kompiliacijos dalys iki šiol laikomos etaloninėmis. Tamsus, bet melodingas jų skambesys progresyvų hausą įtvirtino kaip vieną ryškiausių žanrų, o pačius atlikėjus pavertė jo svarbiausiais atstovais.
Gegužę pasauliui duetas pristatys trečiąją legendinės serijos dalį – Dubline įrašytą miksą, kuris po dvidešimt trejų metų užbaigs ketvirtį amžiaus kurtą trilogiją. Pačių atlikėjų teigimu, šis leidinys atspindi tai, kur „Deep Dish“ yra šiandien: jame susilieja ilgametė patirtis, vis dar gyvas smalsumas ir meilė scenai. Naujausio DEEP DISH Global Underground mikso atgarsius bus galima išgirsti ir Kaune, birželio 13-ąją.

On June 13, dance-music fans in Lithuania can look forward to a welcome return. The legendary club-culture duo Deep Dish, who gave the country two unforgettable nights last year, will arrive at the creative space Volfas Engelman Galerija in Kaunas. The famous duo from the United States, whose core consists of producers Dubfire and Sharam, has won a Grammy for best remix and shaped entire generations of dance music.
For the Volfas Engelman ICE non-alco night the duo will bring treats. Deep Dish’s career is inseparable from the legendary Global Underground series — the two prestigious compilation
entries by Dubfire and Sharam are still considered benchmarks. Their dark yet melodic sound helped establish progressive house as one of the standout genres and made the duo its leading representatives.
In May the duo will unveil the third installment of the legendary series to the world a mix recorded in Dublin that, after twenty-three years, completes a trilogy crafted over a quarter century. According to the artists, this release reflects where Deep Dish are today: a blend of long experience, still-lively curiosity, and love for the stage. The echoes of Deep Dish’s latest Global Underground mix will also be heard in Kaunas on June 13.
