On May 2 at 9:00 AM, we’re coming together as a community for a Day of Service focused on something simple but powerful—showing up for one another.

This isn’t just an event. It’s a reminder that connection, service, and shared responsibility are what keep communities strong.

Throughout the day, we’ll be supporting veterans, families, and our local community through a range of efforts. From buddy checks and membership outreach to donation drives for food, hygiene, and essential items, every action is meant to meet real needs with real impact. We’ll also be rolling up our sleeves for a memorial park clean-up, supporting houseless and home-based assistance efforts, hosting youth engagement activities, and even connecting pets with new homes through adoption opportunities.

This is a joint effort, and that matters. We’re proud to stand alongside L.I.F.E. Development, True Service Mason Lodge #399, the Bravo Zulu Homefront Alliance Buffalo Soldiers, and the Friends of Kaufman County Memorial Park—organizations that continue to show what service looks like in action.

Whether you come to volunteer, donate, or simply be present, your time and energy contribute to something bigger than any one of us.

We all carry different experiences, but service has a way of bringing people back to center—to purpose, to gratitude, and to each other.
