This nourishing gathering weaves together gentle breathwork, guided meditation + a soothing sound bath with crystal alchemy bowls.

You’ll be invited to slow down, open your heart, + release the heaviness of the year, creating space for renewal + intention as we move into the lighter months.

A beautiful way to honour the turning of the season + welcome the return of the light.

BREATHWORK clears stagnant energy + regulates your nervous system.
MEDITATION anchors you into presence + the energetics of the solstice.
SOUND with crystal bowls, chimes + grounding instruments support deep rest, energetic reset + emotional ease.

This is a group session with limited spaces, please book early to secure your spot.

This session will be held at my Cinco Ranch studio, Katy, 77494. The address will be texted to you.

PLEASE NOTE: Event bookings are non-refundable but you can transfer to someone else. Please only arrive a maximum of 5-mins before event start time. Waivers MUST be completed for first time participants + will be sent 1-week prior.

PLEASE BRING: Any additional comfort props you may need to support your body. Provided: mat, cushion, blanket, eye pillow.

PLEASE WEAR: Anything you feel most comfortable lying down in for an extended period of time, like loose fitting clothing.
