Refunds & Cancellations
We understand that plans can change. To accommodate our guests while still preparing properly for each event, our policy is:
1. Full Refund (100%)
If you cancel 48 hours before the event, you will receive a full refund — no questions asked.
2. Partial Refund (50%)
If you cancel 24 hours before the event, we can refund 50% of your ticket cost.
3. No Refunds within 24 Hours
Because food, wine, staffing, and event setups are already prepared, cancellations within 24 hours of the event cannot be refunded.
However, you may transfer your ticket to another guest at no charge
