Y’all come join us every other Sunday for a family-friendly, 60-minute yoga flow that’s welcoming to all levels. Plan to arrive about 5–10 minutes early so you can park at Katy Beer Garden, stroll over to the silos, and get your mat laid out before we begin. Feel free to bring a water bottle.. we’ll also have a water station set up for you.
This flow will be led by our incredible instructor Harsa Rutherford, a Texas born and raised RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) and CPT (Certified Personal Trainer). With her strong foundation in both yoga and fitness, she will guide you through a thoughtful, well-balanced class that supports strength, mobility, and mindful movement.
We can’t wait to gather, stretch, and flow together right here in Katy, Texas.
