Join us for a brand new series of exclusive culinary events hosted by the inimitable Simon Marnie – renowned Australian radio and television presenter, celebrated food lover, and passionate champion of local produce and agriculture.

This winter, we’re thrilled to partner with Simon to present a series of curated culinary events that showcase the best in produce and fine wine — all served in the elegant surrounds of The Carrington Hotel.

The Truffle & Wine dinner will be an indulgent four-course dinner celebrating the rich, earthy magic of truffles, with each course expertly matched with wines from the iconic Brown Brothers. Hosted by Simon Marnie, this dinner is the perfect way to kick off our exclusive series of Supper Club dinners in style.
