Join me for a slow, mindful bushwalk through the beautiful Blue Mountains.

This is not a fitness challenge. It is an opportunity to unwind, breathe deeper, feel held by nature, and reconnect with your body and your authentic self.

We will walk together at a relaxed pace while exploring simple mindfulness practices that help you get out of your head and into the present moment.

Along the way we will stop for a guided meditation to deepen awareness, release tension, and reconnect with what matters to you.

Depending on the spot we choose and the weather on the day, there may also be a chance to swim at the end, so feel free to bring swimmers if that calls you.

This experience is perfect if you want to:
* slow down and clear your mind
* reconnect with yourself in a grounded way
* meet other like minded queer & allied folk
* explore mindfulness and meditation in a gentle, accessible way
* begin the year with more presence and clarity

This will be an inclusive, welcoming space for all LGBTQIA+ people and allies who want to reconnect with nature and themselves.

After the Mindful Bush Walk, you’re warmly invited to stay and join our Come As You Are Picnic, happening straight after. It’s a relaxed, inclusive space to rest, connect, and simply be yourself. Bring food if you like, or just come and enjoy the company.

If you’re craving a slower, more connected Sunday, you’re welcome to stay for both and let the day unfold naturally.
