Join local fermenters and owners of BullaBooch Small Batch Kombucha, Polona and Nathanael Hunter, for a hands-on journey into the art of brewing your own delicious, healthy kombucha at home.
In this three-hour workshop, you’ll learn everything you need to know about creating your own continuous brew system – from nurturing your SCOBY and managing your first fermentation, through to flavouring and bottling for that perfect fizz.
You’ll take home:
* A 2–3L jar with your own kombucha brew underway
* A healthy SCOBY to continue fermenting at home
* A bottle of kombucha ready for its secondary ferment
* Detailed course notes and recipes
Along the way, you’ll also enjoy a guided tasting of BullaBooch’s signature blends – including some special aged batches for comparison – and gain insights into the subtle alchemy behind each flavour.
