We are doing a paid Mindful Bushwalk and Meditation from 8:30am if you'd like to join (more details are the bottom of this with the link) 🌲🚶
Whether you want to sit and observe, chat with new friends, or play and explore, this is a space for freedom, connection, and community.
🎠Dress how you feel. Express yourself in whatever way feels right.
🧺 Bring a snack or just bring yourself. There’s no right or wrong way to be here.

This is an event to bring people together, enjoy a different space, and simply hang out and be yourself.

Want to arrive a little earlier? 🌿
Before the picnic, you’re invited to join our Mindful Bush Walk starting at 8.30am. It’s a gentle guided walk designed to help you slow down, ground yourself, and arrive more present in your body before settling into the picnic space.
You can join just the picnic, or come along for the full experience and ease into the day.
