Dedicating focus to each of the five senses, especially while outdoors, will help participants unify and balance their energy with the natural world. A great way to unplug from the world and recharge for an hour.This program is led by Catherine Downs, a Reiki Master Teacher and a certified Forest Therapy Guide from ANFT. This program is limited to 20 attendees. We recommend sturdy shoes, appropriate layers, and water. Attendees should also bring something to sit on — a blanket, cushion, beach chair, camp chair — and perhaps a hat (or any other props) for additional comfort during the seated meditation. Steady rain or other inclement weather will cancel.Meet at the Mount Holly Preserve entrance located diagonally across from 21 Mount Holly Road EAST, Katonah.
