The aim of this conference is to promote research culture in the humanities and social sciences in Nepal. MC invites submission of abstracts of research papers or abstracts of theme-based panels from eligible researchers who will have completed their research by the abstract submission deadline. Interested researchers should fill this google form. ~ Google form ~ https://bit.ly/4kEAA90 ~ Preferences ~ • The theme of the research should be related to Nepal; comparative work is also welcome provided that Nepal-related content is substantial. • Young/women researchers are highly encouraged to submit the abstracts. ~ Abstract guidelines ~ • Abstracts can be in English or Nepali and should be between 400 and 500 words in length. The title of the proposed paper, a short description of the research base, and the paper’s main arguments/findings must be clearly stated. • Abstracts for panels should consist of its title and a brief description, and the abstracts of each paper in the panel should also be included. There can be a maximum of four papers in a panel. • Researchers can send abstracts of up to two papers as long as they are written by multiple-author teams and two separate individuals plan to present them at the conference. At the time of submission, please indicate the names of the (separate) persons who will be presenting each of the two papers. ~ Please Note ~ • This is an in-person only conference. All participants, including paper presenters and panelists, are required to register to attend the conference.
