- **Event Description**: Good evening! I am a Triton High School student, this is my senior year and a graduation requirement is to have a senior project. For my senior project I chose to host a mental health / suicide awareness Slow Pitch Softball Tournament! My family has always been big on softball and I am very excited to make this happen! I am starting to look for players that would be interested in being apart of this tournament! With this being a coed tournament this will be a draft tournament. There will be an entry fee ($15) per person. We are hoping to get some of our money back for field rentals. All the rest of the proceeds made will be donated to the Mayo Clinic Generose building. This tournament is going to be if you lose you ump the game after you, we did rent out both fields in Kasson so we are hoping it moves pretty smoothly! If you have any questions at all please send a message to 507-261-4678. With me still being in school Monday - Friday I will try and get back to you as soon as I can! This is a senior project but also is something that is very important to me! Mental health is one thing I wish was talked about more throughout high school, and last year was a very hard year for me and I went to the SOS tournament in Coon Rapids / Andover for the first time last year to watch my step dad, brother and sister and it had a really big impact on me and I was hoping to bring something similar closer to home!
