On April 11, 2026, athletes from across Minnesota and beyond will gather at Kratos Athletic Center to test their strength across five grueling events:

Car/Tire Squat – Reps in 60s

Power Stairs – 2 implements, fastest time

Block Press Series – 3 blocks, fastest to press all

Max Sandbag to Shoulder

Hercules Hold – Max time (Final event)

We are excited to announce that Ed Coan, the greatest powerlifter of all time, will be returning as a guest judge.
