Start your day with a gentle yoga and breathwork session led by Ora Wellness Co, designed to calm the mind and energise the body. Afterwards, enjoy a coffee and chat with fellow carers — our treat! ☕

This is a free event for carers — an opportunity to pause, breathe, and nurture your wellbeing in a supportive and welcoming environment.
💜 Preschool drop-off option: Carers are welcome to drop off their preschool-aged children at Inclusive Movement (8:45 AM), where our team will facilitate a fun, supported play session while you take some well-deserved time for yourself. Spaces are limited, so please RSVP early to secure your spot.
