If such improvements can be made, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control make changes necessary - we reserve the right to vary itineraries and to substitute hotels. 9. In case of the closure of any spot mentioned in the itinerary, the guide will determine an alternate route for the day. 10. In case of late arrival, the tour bus will leave after 15 minutes of waiting. THE COMPANY will take no responsibility and bear no extra expense in case of such incident. 11. THE COMPANY can cancel the trip of any member who misbehaves with fellow member at any time during the trip. 12. Members shall be regarded as carrying their own risk with respect to loss or injury to person or property. The company is not liable for any loss, injury, accident, damage, delay or expense which may arise during the tour. 13. No refunds shall be made in any case if a member leaves/exits during the trip. 14. No refunds shall be made in case of rain, storm, landslide, road closure, accident, flat tire, engine failure, vehicle malfunction, strikes, protests or any other form of political unrest. 15. Any additional expense shall be borne by the member in case of any above-mentioned scenario. 16. THE COMPANYwill not be held responsible if passenger carries any unlawful items or irregularities including weapons/drugs. 17.
