Experience the opening of the “4 Gates” through acupuncture to support the smooth flow of Qi throughout the body. You will then be guided through a Microcosmic Orbit meditation, a foundational Qi Gong practice using breath and intention to balance Yin and Yang energies, supporting harmony within all organs and energy channels.

🌿 Personal Flower Essence Formula
Receive your own uniquely crafted flower essence based on your personal intentions, insights, and oracle guidance — a gentle and powerful form of vibrational plant medicine to support your healing journey.

🌿 Connection & Integration
