is an experiential journey
to explore your many dimensions.

Step into the circle.

? What is IDG?

IDG (Inner Development Goals)
is a global framework of inner capacities,
co-created by international experts
to help accelerate the achievement of the SDGs
(Sustainable Development Goals).

In this 3-hour workshop,
we translate the five IDG dimensions
into embodied experiences:

? The Power of the Circle | DUP – Dances of Universal Peace

Originating over 50 years ago in San Francisco, USA,
DUP (Dances of Universal Peace)
is a form of moving meditation.

In a circle, through simple melodies and steps,
we experience collective flow and trust.

When voices and rhythm resonate together,
connection is no longer a concept—
it becomes a lived, embodied experience.

? The Focus of the Point | Points of You (POY)

An image-based exploration tool from Israel.

Through Points of You (POY) cards,
you learn to see situations from new perspectives.

Each card has no “correct” answer,
yet it helps you uncover blind spots,
reframe meaning,
and find new openings where you once felt stuck.
