　３、單車活動之工作人員均為義工性質,如己身發生不可預期之意外,不得以法律追究主辦、領騎、押隊及車友。

　４、行前檢查單車胎壓，煞車，變速，前後燈(電量充足)......等，確保行車安全。

　５、保持安全行車距離，隨時注意路況(道路狀況，逆向行駛及與汽機車保持適當距離。

　６、一定要戴安全帽與遵守交通規則。

　７、準備至少ㄧ隻水壺及內胎、錢包、健保卡。
