Lena is a Certified Yoga Instructor and Licensed Massage Therapist on a mission to bring wellness to every body. She artfully blends her understanding of anatomy with ancient and modern techniques from Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Meditation. Her classes are rooted in the belief that yoga should be accessible to everyone, regardless of age or physical ability. By specializing in modalities like Chair Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative, she helps students seamlessly integrate movement into their daily lives. Lena creates a supportive, vibey space where you can explore your unique path to mindfulness and healing.  


Class sizes are a minimum of 3, and a maximum of 14. You must purchase a ticket in advance to attend.

Bring your own mat or borrow one of ours and let’s drink some tea, smoke, stretch, and breathe together in a completely judgment free zone. If you decide that you would rather just sit on your mat and have a snack or look at your phone instead, that is perfectly acceptable.

Included in this event is a pre-roll, drink station, and snacks.
