In West Baltimore, Pastor Reggie Simms is offered a chance to revitalize his struggling church and neighborhood through an ambitious development project. As promises of funding grow, so do doubts from those closest to him. When tragedy strikes nearby, Reggie must decide how far he’ll go — and what he’s willing to risk — to see his vision come to life.
