Niki Staab is an end-of-life doula, educator, community health worker, and compassionate advocate dedicated to supporting individuals, caregivers, and families through every stage of aging, caregiving, and the end-of-life journey with dignity, comfort, and peace. Trained through the International End of Life Doula Association in 2019, Niki works closely with clients, caregivers, hospice teams, and loved ones to provide holistic, nonmedical support tailored to each family's unique needs.
As the co-founder and Executive Director of KC End of Life, Niki has helped build a network of trained end-of-life doulas providing compassionate support, education, and advocacy throughout the Kansas City community. She is also the co-founder and Executive Director of Rings of Care, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting caregivers of all kinds through innovative programming, including caregiver support networks, practical care coordination, educational workshops, community health worker services, and compassionate conversations that help families prepare for aging and future care needs.
