Mastery of Consciousness Class

What if we could take an inner journey together where we peel away all those things we use to define ourselves and discover a more honest, truthful and authentic self. With courage to remove doubt, fear, worry, emptiness and move toward love and connectedness.

This journey begins learning how to use our mind, which is the tool we will use to peel back the layers. Discover the power of the mind using concentration, visualization, meditation and dream interpretation to find the inner layer we call me.

This class follows a well established curriculum of 28 lessons guided with an experienced instructor. A few of the things you will learn are:

• interpret your dreams to access the power of your subconscious

• meditate to know your soul, spirit, and I AM
