Bring your costume from last year and SWAP it for a new one at our Costume Swap! Costumes must be gently used and wearable to swap.6-8 p.m. | Free activities and Ghoul House/ Treats/ Games/ Costume Parade7 p.m. | Costume ParadeAll activities are free except for the Ghoul House. The Ghoul House is $5/person and can be bought in advance or day of. Purchase tickets here by going to the Special Events tab and add the ticket.PARKING: The south entrance from 38th St. to Roanoke Rd. will be closed. Guests can enter Roanoke Rd. from Karnes Blvd. Parking is available at the Community Center. Overflow parking is at the athletic field next to the community center and at The Loretto, 1111 W 39th St, Kansas City, MO 64111
