For those who are sharing a dance, please arrive at 7- 7:15 PM so that we can coordinate our dance line-up and warm up if needed. This is a freewill donation, no ticket or advance notice needed, just show up. You will be welcomed.More about the Dances: Core Elements of the PracticeSacred Traditions: The dances honor global wisdom lineages by incorporating chants and simple songs from many world traditionsNo Experience Required: Everything is taught entirely in the moment. Participants do not need any background in music or dance to join the circle. No Performers: There is no audience. The practice is an embodied group meditation designed to dissolve separation and foster deep community trust.
