One Day only to have a special drawing for a Mothers Day gift. A day to Draw for your MOM! *Young and Old - Novice or Professional artists are welcome. We supply the chalk and feed and water you during the day. *Kids can draw on the fountain or the Chalk Cow with cups of chalk. *Participation is FREE. You just have to register to draw and submit a sketch of your subject for a square on the sidewalk. Applications will be on our website. northeastartskc.org *You can register at the check in tent with your drawing at 9 am. Come early for a choice piece of sidewalk to draw on. Activities include: Live music on our small stage along with roaming puppets in the afternoon. Kites will be flying if the wind blows our way, and Art Vendors around the fountain. Neighborhood organizations are welcome to table and show off their stuff. You can contact us if you want a table space for the day.
