This class is perfect if you:
• Want a calm, pain-aware practice
• Prefer not to get on the floor
• Need options for balance, strength, and mobility—at your pace

You’ll use the chair for support while you:
🧘‍♀️ release tight neck/shoulders & low back
🌬️ practice simple breath to ease stress
🦴 build strength & stability without strain
🧠 end with a relaxing guided reset
