REGISTRATION:
- Register and complete the waiver online via this link: https://ageofclaritas.com/Senior-Events/ 
- $50 admission.
- Please pay ahead online or bring payment in cash or check made payable to Claritas LLC.
- Sign-in begins at 9am Saturday morning, and the game will begin at 10am.
- On Sunday, game-off and cleanup begin at 3pm for a 4pm departure.


DISCOUNTS:
- $10 Early bird discount - Register by Friday a week before the event at midnight.
- $5 Student discount.
- $5 Late arrival discount - Arriving after 3pm? We understand that life is busy. Join us when you can!
- $35 First-time discount - Register as a first-time attendee! We’ll also provide a free weapon rental.


RENTAL (Optional):
- $20 Weapon rental (free for first-time attendees).


ROOM AND BOARD: 
- Players are encouraged to bring their own tents and stay the night on the property in a designated tenting area.
- There will be a fire available to cook your food. All players are responsible for bringing their own food and drinking water. 


NPC:
- If you are interested in NPCing at an event, you must register and complete the annual NPCing waiver online via this link: https://age-of-claritas-event-registration-npc-2025.cheddarup.com 
- Senior adventurers can volunteer to NPC at senior events, but we encourage them to play as their own player characters instead.
