Rang Baazi 2.0 is a ticketed Holi celebration event organized by Moments Planner at Gauri Dham, Kanpur. By purchasing a ticket, the attendee agrees to comply with all event rules and regulations.
🎟️ Ticket & Entry Policy
Entry is strictly allowed only with a valid ticket/wristband.
Each ticket admits one person only.
Tickets are non-transferable without organizer approval.
No spot entry without prior ticket confirmation.
❌ No Refund Policy
Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
In case of personal inability to attend, no refund will be provided.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, government restrictions, force majeure), the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event. Tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Refunds will not be issued.
🛑 Code of Conduct
Misbehavior, violence, or inappropriate conduct will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
Outside food, beverages, alcohol, or prohibited substances are strictly not allowed.
Attendees must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event management team.
📸 Media Consent
By entering the event, attendees grant permission to the organizers to capture photos/videos and use them for promotional purposes without any compensation.

🌈 Rang Baazi 2.0 – Refund Policy
No Refund / No Cancellation All tickets once purchased are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable under any circumstances.
Non-Transferable Tickets cannot be transferred to another person without prior approval from the organizer.
No Refund for Personal Reasons In case of personal inability to attend (illness, travel issues, personal commitments, etc.), no refund will be issued.
Event Postponement If the event is postponed due to unavoidable circumstances (weather conditions, government regulations, or force majeure), the tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. No refunds will be provided.
Event Cancellation In case the event is permanently cancelled by the organizer, further instructions regarding ticket adjustment or partial refund (if applicable) will be communicated officially.
Entry Denial Due to Misconduct If entry is denied or the attendee is removed from the venue due to violation of rules, no refund will be issued.
