Carolinas Rehabilitation Northeast recognizes the many challenges this population faces, and is dedicated to supporting these individuals within the Concord and Kannapolis community. A 0.5 mile loop, to be completed three times. Walk or propel via wheelchair as able. We are encouraging those who have experienced limb loss, their families/friends, and individuals looking to support this community to attend!
