Self care is so important not only to our physical health but also to our mental and emotional well being.
Reiki by description - is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. It is based on an idea that an unseen " life force energy" flows through us and which causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low or blocked (we all experience this) then we are more likely to feel unwell or stressed. If we are in the flow and our internal world is flowing we are more capable of feeling less stressed, happier, grounded and balanced. Reiki is made up of two Japanese words - Rei which means " God's wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy".
Acupuncture -is both a science and an art, one that has been around for thousands of years. It is an ancient from of Traditional Chinese Medicine, or TCM that predates written history. Gabby will be doing Buddha’s Triangle on everyone  - if you have an aversion to needles or just aren’t sure - you have the option of ear seeding so don’t worry - ?
Sound Healing - is a unique and ancient form of therapy. Practiced by the sages of ancient Tibet, it is still used today and is one of the most sought after alternative therapies in India and the West. The waves and vibrations of sound from bowls and other sacred instruments relax the body and mind.
Examples .. puts you in a meditative state, balances blood pressure, opens you to a greater awareness of your body, deepens your spiritual connection, connection with self. Promotes pain relief and boosts your immune system. ( does so much more.)
From its ancient roots in India and China to its modern applications worldwide, meditation has proven to be a timeless practice. It continues to evolve, adapting to contemporary needs while preserving its core essence of fostering inner tranquility and self-awareness. The history of meditation is a testament to humanity's enduring quest for spiritual and emotional harmony.

Suzanne of Suz's Soul Speak, Holistic Practitioner, Reiki Master and Sound Healing Practitioner, will be combining these Healing modalities- Reiki and Sound Healing with Gabrielle Overstreet of Overstreet Acupuncture, Licensed Acupuncturist, Herbalist & traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner and Micki Abels, Certified Wellness Life Coach, Meditation Instructor, Spiritualist, and published author for this intimate Soulful "self care" Friday event.
