Host a table:
The cost to host a table of six is $90. The cost to host a table of eight is $120. You should include yourself in the number of guests at your table. We request that the table is paid in advance to reserve your spot. Please Note: Refunds will not be available after November 12 as there is limited seating for this event. It will be at your discretion to invite all of your guests at no cost to them, or to have them reimburse you for their individual ticket at $15 each. We anticipate that all tables will be reserved quickly. Because of this, all seats at your table will need to be utilized in order to accommodate everyone who wants to attend. Please let us know in advance should you need our assistance in placing single ticket holders at your table to fill any unoccupied seats. We’re here to help!

What do you do once you pay and reserve a table?
You decorate your table with either a Broadway show theme or a Christmas theme (including tableware). The possibilities are endless! You supply a dessert for your table guests. Coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and water will be provided by KVTA.

What is the date and time of the event?
Friday, December 12, 2025
Host arrival: 4:30 pm – You can decorate from 4:30-5:30 pm. The doors will be closing at 5:30 pm. Doors will reopen for your guest to arrive at 6:00 pm. The event will begin at 6:30 pm.

Will there be entertainment?
Yes! There will be lots of holiday fun all evening long! Enjoy performances by: Jamie Howard Breeden, Jordyn Clark, Cindy Grace, Evasue Gregoire, Melaina Hall, Anthony Hudgins, Dana James, Earl Kroll, Alyssa Lesch, Amy Meyer, Ella Nitschke, Angel Noelle, Sophie Powell, Christine Ronna, Paul Snyder
