Join us for this special 75 min workshop to explore how we break down the basics of barre in a supportive environment. Don’t worry, no teaching required! This is a chance to strengthen your overall body awareness, understand how alignment changes everything, and get a better grasp on the functionality of a few key exercises.    

During the workshop, you’ll also experience first-hand what it’s like to be part of our longer Barre training program as we discuss tips + techniques with lots of 1:1 support to ensure you’re getting the most out of your practice.

Cost is $35 for members, $45 for non-members.
