“A Walk Down Memory Lane”
The Lutheran Home at Kane’s Alzheimer's Walk/5K Fun Run

We all know or love someone who has suffered from this horrible disease. Join us as we walk/run to raise awareness and support our friends, neighbors and loved ones!

Registration forms can be picked up at our facility, found on our website at www.lutheranhomekane.org under our NEWS page, or message us here on our Facebook page!

Come join us for:
• Free Health Screenings
• Chinese Auction
• In Memory/Honor of Banners $5 (Name of loved one will be displayed on banner along route.)
• 2 Mile Walk
• 5K Fun Run
• Mini walk (For those who want to participate but can’t walk 2 miles.)

Registration begins at 12:00 pm.

Cost to walk/run is $25 and will include an event T-shirt! (If registered by July 18, 2025.)
