The venue has received mixed reviews. Some visitors found the NHL experience underwhelming due to low attendance, unoriginal food options, and a bland arena that's far from downtown. There were also complaints about the layout and high prices for parking and food. However, others praised the venue for its lighting and sound system, which enhanced their experience at basketball games, family and comedy shows. The staff, particularly the ushers, were commended for their helpfulness. Despite the high concession prices, which are typical for stadiums, visitors enjoyed the shows and found the sound quality impressive. A few visitors suggested arriving early or staying after games to visit nearby Bert's. The venue also offers adequate parking, with lots clearly numbered by distance from the arena.
