This retreat is designed for those who crave stillness, connection through stories, and the beauty of uninterrupted time with a book. Whether you’re escaping solo or coming with a friend, you’ll leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and renewed.

While your retreat package covers accommodations, meals, spa access, and all bookish perks, please note the following are not included in your registration fee:

• 🚗 Transportation to and from the Pomeroy Kananaskis Lodge
• 🅿️ Parking & Kananaskis Conservation Pass – must be purchased separately at the resort or in advance via Alberta.ca
• 🏨 Resort Fee – $35 CAD per night, added to your room and collected at check-out
• 🍷 Additional beverages, meals, or services outside of what is listed in your retreat package
• 🛡️ Travel Insurance – highly recommended to protect against unexpected changes, cancellations, or emergencies. This can be bought HERE or any other trusted insurance provider.

Info: Dinner is booked & included at the beautiful Forte Restaurant with seating reserved for our group with a special menu to choose from. (Drinks are not included with dinner)

Info: Breakfast will be served in our Booknook Suite with 'make your own parfaits', yummy baked goods, fruit, coffee, tea, mimosas & juices

Info: Enjoy access to the Kananaskis Nordic Spa choose to go for the full 12 hours, or a few in the middle. Bring your book(s), water bottle & get ready to relax. Lunch, snacks and drinks are available for purchase at the Two Trees Bistro throughout the day. Please note - there is no re-entry to the spa once you have entered.

Info: After a day of soothing hydrotherapy at the Nordic Spa, gather with fellow readers for an exclusive evening reception back in the BookNook Suite. Sip on a drink, savour some sweet treats, and enjoy relaxed conversation, or just read amongst others. Can't make it? Not to worry - you are here for you.

Info: Breakfast will be served in our BookNook Suite with fruit, coffee, tea, & juices. This is also when we sadly say farewell to our weekend together disconnecting, relaxing & ... just reading.
