FITSPA will host the 8th Annual Fintech Conference on 6–7 October 2026 at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel, Kampala, Uganda.

Under the theme, “𝑺𝒄𝒂𝒍𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑭𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒆𝒄𝒉 𝑰𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒗𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝑰𝒏𝒄𝒍𝒖𝒔𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝑮𝒓𝒐𝒘𝒕𝒉 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝑹𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒕 𝑫𝒊𝒈𝒊𝒕𝒂𝒍 𝑬𝒄𝒐𝒏𝒐𝒎𝒚,” the Conference will convene over 700 local and international stakeholders from across the digital financial services ecosystem, including regulators, development partners, financial institutions, investors, telecommunications companies, digital payments providers, digital credit providers, digital infrastructure providers, edutechs, agritechs, insurtechs, innovators, and academia.

As Uganda’s digital economy continues to evolve, this year’s theme recognizes the critical role of fintech innovation in advancing financial inclusion, driving economic growth, and strengthening resilience.
