If you’re navigating perimenopause or menopause and feeling overwhelmed by all the conflicting information, this session is designed to help you better understand what is happening in your body and what you can actually do to support your health.

We’ll cover the six foundations I use in my approach to women’s health, including nutrition, strength training, sleep, stress, hormones and lifestyle strategies — with practical information you can take home and start using.

Each attendee will also receive a Menopause Handbook to use as a reference after the session.

This is a small community session so there will be lots of opportunity for questions and discussion.
