🍶 Session One – Handcrafted Slab Mug: During the initial workshop, you’ll receive 750 grams of premium pottery clay to design and sculpt your slab-built mug from start to finish.
🖌️ Tools & Materials Included: Access professional sculpting tools and materials to shape and refine your piece during the first session.
🎨 Expert Instruction: Learn step-by-step slab-building techniques from local artist Jared Provost in a relaxed and supportive studio environment.
⏳ Drying & First Kiln Firing: After the workshop, your mug will remain in our care for several weeks while it fully dries and completes its first kiln (bisque) firing.
✨ Session Two – Complimentary Glazing: Once your mug has completed its first firing, you’ll enjoy a FREE second glazing session, which can be booked during our public drop-in hours. During this session, you’ll glaze your mug, add final details, and prepare it for its final kiln firing.
🔥 Final Kiln Firing: Your mug will be professionally fired to ensure a durable, food-safe, and polished finish.
