Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or requests to transfer to another session must be received a minimum of 14 days prior to the program start date. With 14 days' notice, participants may transfer to another available session (if space permits) or receive a future studio credit. Requests received with less than 14 days' notice are not eligible for transfers or credits. If a class is missed, participants may book a drop-in make-up project during our public drop-in hours: 🕒 Fridays: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM 🕛 Saturdays & Sundays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Make-up sessions allow children to continue working on a project; however, they do not include step-by-step instruction like regular classes. Artists will be available to help get them set up and offer guidance as needed. Behavioural Policy: We strive to create a fun, safe, and respectful environment for all participants. Children are expected to follow instructor directions, treat fellow artists and studio materials with respect, and participate in a positive manner.
