Have you been feeling curious about Pilates? This workshop is a gentle invitation to slow down, tune in, and move with intention—without the pressure of joining a class.
We’ll explore Pre-Pilates and Beginner Mat work, focusing on mindful movement that strengthens the body, supports natural alignment, and deepens the mind–body connection. Expect to feel muscles you didn’t know you had while moving in a way that’s nurturing, accessible, and easy on the joints.
This space is for you if you’re new to Pilates, returning to movement, or simply craving a refreshing way to reconnect with your body.
