Drop in Canicross

� Great for those getting started in this fun sport. Couch to 5k style (walking and running). �

� $10.00 drop in fee (free to those have completed an intro to pulling sports class)

� Location: Logan Lake (private message me for meet-up location)

� Time: 12pm

� What to bring:
� Waist belt
� Harness (V-neck non restrictive)
� Bungee
� Training tools/treats
� Regular leash
� Running shoes
� A sense of humour

�No dog to dog interactions
