能勢清流工房周辺には無農薬の畑がいくつかあり、おいしくて安全な野草たちがたくさん生えています。野生の力に満ち溢れたこの季節に、いつもの野菜たちとは違った魅力を身体で感じてみませんか。
本イベントではこれら野草たちを用いて、みんなで料理をつくり、昼食としていただきます。また野外の野草を観察し、その不思議な生き方について学びます。現地の野草を用いた特製ハーブティー付き。

当日の料理（昼食）について
現地で採れるヨモギ、柿の葉、葛の芽など旬の食材を用いた料理を参加者のみなさんと協力しながら作ります。野草てんぷら、酵素玄米（長岡式酵素飯）など。当日の野草の生育状況により料理内容の変動あり。

 参加費（昼食代込み）：一般3000円
小学生以下1000円（保護者同伴参加でお願いします）

集合：会場に午前10時３０分集合
解散：午後3時ごろ会場にて

大阪府豊能郡能勢町宿野60（能勢町役場から北へ歩いて5分）
駐車場をご利用希望の方は事前にお知らせください。
　バスでお越しの場合、阪急バス・能勢町宿野に10:31着を推奨。

定員：25名（先着順）

備考：雨天決行。雨が降りそうなときは雨具をご持参ください。
