The highlight of the evening is "Asado a la cruz, angus beef rib", slow-cooked over wood fire on the beach for 8 hours, alongside Argentine favourites including home-made beef empanadas and other open-fire creations.

The night unfolds with live music, tango, and salsa, bringing the spirit of Argentina to the Andaman coast.
