Currently, the cost of getting a flat here in exchange for membership is around 30 lakhs.

This isn’t a picnic, so you shouldn’t expect the same conveniences as at our usual fun events. Construction materials like bricks, wood, and stones will be scattered around as work continues. Please don’t come with a picnic mindset. While breakfast and lunch will be provided, both will be quite basic. Facilities are limited; you’ll have access to two paved bathrooms, with commodes. We encourage only those genuinely interested in this project to join and ask them to be prepared for these inconveniences. Currently, the cost of obtaining a flat here through membership is about 30 lakhs.

Those interested should buy ticketsfrom the ticket window. The ticket price is Re 1.

Those who will come by train (Kalyani Ghoshpara station) will have a toto to bring them to the site and return them. The toto ticket price is Re 1 per person.

Those who will come by car, the driver's lunch coupon costs Re. 1.

For those who have participated in the previous Construction Site Visit Program, and for those who are members of this housing, the ticket price is Rs. 600 per person. The price of the Toto coupon is Rs. 100, and the price of the food coupon for the car driver is Rs. 300.

If the ticket is not bought in advance, it is not possible to provide any of the above services.
