Winter Wellness - Turning Inward

Join us for 90 minutes of soul care to prepare us for the darker, quieter winter months. We'll use tools like gentle breath work and grounding to quiet the body. We'll do guided journaling and intention setting to awaken the mind. And then we'll put a bow on it with restorative yoga poses to refresh our spirits. Bring a favorite journal if you have one and wear warm, comfortable clothing. You'll also receive a curated gift from Debbie.

Debbie has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching for nine with an emphasis on gentle and restorative classes. She's lived in NOMI for a year with her husband, Russ, and shelter dog, Lola. She looks forward to sharing this seasonal experience with you.
